Your parents will also be able to contact us in the case of an emergency if they are unable to reach you directly.

You can rest assured that your safety, throughout the duration of your graduate trainee program in Bangkok, Thailand, is one of our top priorities, and we will be in contact with your family and your embassy in a timely manner if an emergency arises. However, it is important to know that Thailand is a safe country – with a Buddhist culture and friendly locals, you are sure to feel safe during your graduate internship program in Bangkok. In order to be able to assist in any case, the intern need to have his valid student visa and an official internship agreement signed between the school, the hosting company and the student. Since we cannot accept any student without his/her student visa and official internship agreement, as per the law in Thailand, you can be sure that we can assist in any situation our student might be in and information for parents will be provided when necessary.

Please also make sure before the departure that the intern opened an international health insurance policy to be covered in case of accident or health issues. We are accepting only students with a valid health insurance, and this is checked at the step of the internship agreement signature, so your children will be insured, and we can assist with all the hospital and insurance process and provide timely information for parents.

Additionally, many parents like to come and see their kids in Thailand during their stay and internship. This is a good occasion to travel in an exotic country and to keep bound with your children during their mission in Bangkok. In this case, let us know your planned dates so we can talk to the hosting company to make sure your child will have some days off during this period and enjoy the trip to the islands with you!
